d3rang3d is a community project, written by fans, for fans. If you're reading this then it's very likely you're a fan of horror, and that's all the qualification you need to become a contributor to d3rang3d.

What we are looking for? Anything that you, as a horror fan, think your fellow fans out there might be interested in. You've looked around the site by now, you've seen the sort of contents we run day to day - reviews, interviews, articles both humorous and serious that relate to the world of horror. But, we're not limited to just that - we'll consider any idea you have for inclusion. For example, we're more than happy to include original horror fiction on site. If you think that something could find a home here, if you are a horror fan, then you are probably right and it could. We'd love to hear from you.

Although we can't pay for contributions, we can include your name along with any piece submitted, and include a link to any site of your choosing in the article (no warez, torrents, pr0n etc though). So what are you waiting for? Get mailing those submissions to us now, share your love of horror with everyone else out there, make your voice heard.

Submissions Guidelines

-If submitting something like a review, consider the reviews we already have on site. It will make our lives a lot easier if you can include some movie stills and an IMDB number. It doesn't matter if we've already reviewed something, we're more than happy to publish a second opinion.

-Don't worry too much about pre-formatting an article. Just plain txt with any images attached to the email is great for us. We can handle the layout side of things here.

-Please make sure any submissions you send us are in an easily accessible format like .txt, .rtf, .jpg etc - nothing weird we'll have to install new software for.

-If you want to bundle everything up neatly in a .rar or .zip file before sending to us then that's fine. Send us a virus and we'll set the demons of the d3 drink cupboard on ya!

-If you're not sure if something is suitable for site, you can always send it anyway, or get in touch to ask us first - we don't mind.

-If you fancy 20 mins of boring reading, you ought to take a look at our legal section before submitting to see the terms we publish under.

-You can choose the name your work will be published under, but names of famous people from the horror world will not be accepted unless you really are that famous person.

-Should you wish to include an email address in your article so people can contact you directly then feel free. However, this is at your own risk, d3rang3d cannot control what people might send you. For obvious reasons, we'd recommend you use a throwaway address like hotmail, hushmail etc.

-Finally, please bear in mind that by submitting to us, you are confirming that something is entirely your own work and that you are legally able to grant us the rights set out in our legal section.
